This is the 14th year that we have presented the Dunk-n-Dash series and it features 6 races throughout the summer. Our lake is truly a hidden gem! Located seconds off of I-70 and just an hour and a half from Denver, racers have the option of swimming mile or 1 mile (and running our 5k course) or they can just swim 2.4 miles in our crystal clear 63-68 degree water. Our race features the best open water swimming for hundreds of miles and it the ideal spot for high altitude athletes and Xterra training. Avon, Colorado and the Vail Valley is a biking hot spot with trails and roads that go on for miles! Our Dunk-n-Dash series is a casual event that is open to athletes ages 15+ of all abilities.
