The Marquee Triathlon kicks off the triathlon season in style with Half Iron, Olympic and Sprint distance events.

DISCLAIMER
The race course and timeline can be changed at the discretion of the race organization. All distances are approximate by GPS measurements. The race can be altered, postponed or cancelled with no refunds due to weather, natural disturbances, police activity, acts/threats of terrorism.

Tempe Town Lake, Tempe, AZ

Course Description
All events start and finish at Tempe Beach Park. The swim takes place in Tempe Town Lake which is a man-made reservoir that's very calm unless there are high winds. The bike course, new for 2010 will follow the Ironman Arizona bike course through the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community, and will consist of 2 loops for the Half, 1 loop for the Olympic and 1/2 loop for the Sprint. The run course will loop around Tempe Town Lake, with beautiful views of the lake and the City of Tempe. There will be 2 loops for the Half, 1 loop for the Olympic and a modified short loop for the Sprint.

You may register onsite at the Expo/Packet Pickup on Saturday April 9th, 2011 at Tempe Beach Park.

This is a USAT sanctioned event.

*Non-USAT members will be required to pay an additional $10, for a 1 day license from USAT. More information about USAT is listed here.

Parking
Parking is available (limited) for athletes at the TCA and in the US Airways parking garage on Saturday. Parking on Sunday in the US Airways building is FREE! Once the garage is full you will need to park on city streets OR at other parking logs near Rio Salado and Mill Avenue.
