Tips
When to Use Energy Gels and Hydration Drinks and Can They Be Used Together?

All athletes need three things: hydration, energy and electrolyte replacement. To perform at your best you want to get the proper amounts of each in perfect balance. The good news is that we make it easy to do using either e-Gel or e-Fuel.

How to Avoid The Porta Potty During a Race

We've all seen it and most of us have done it ... 30 minutes (or less) into a race athletes are already looking for a port potty. The good news is that it doesn't have to be that way. The secret is a proper hydration plan before the gun goes off, and here's how you do it.

Reviews
Average Rating:
Recent Review: Swim has a buoy line the entire way and the water was smooth. Bike course is wicked hard. Hills must be your friends or this course is not for you. This course is not meant for heavier riders; I weigh 212 and I trained for hills. The climbing feels like it never ends long enough to fully recover before the next hill hits. Bike scenery is okay, but doesn't change much, sage brush and wheat fields for long stretches of time. The run is on a dirt road. No shade and not much to look at either, but running through the Coulee Dam complex was interesting.

Still using GU, PowerGel or Clif SHOT?
See why athletes are making the switch to e-Gel, the only Electrolyte Energy Gel. Get 230 mg Sodium, 85 mg Potassium and more complex carbs than any other gel.
