This is it. The overnight relay you’ve always dreamed of. A magical combination of obscenely gorgeous views and quad-burning, elevation-hungry volcano climbs; Reebok Ragnar Relay Hawaii is the ultimate Ragnar.

Beginning your adventure in the rainforest climate of Hilo, you will be mesmerized by turquoise waves crashing on the black sand beaches at Isaac Hale Park, and wave at the sea turtles as you round the lush side of the island. A short time later, you’ll wonder if you were transported to the Highlands of Scotland as you run past mountaintops draped in clouds in Waimea. Beauty is pain, so get ready for the long climb along the base of the Maunakea volcano where runners will find their inner WILD. Finally, you and your team will turn up the heat and run alongside the rugged and dramatic black lava fields on the west side of the island as you circle back to the Kohala Coast and surge to the finish line. The finish is everything you imagined – pristine beaches, palm trees rustling in the ocean breeze and crashing waves in the distance from Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel.

Make no mistake; this is a challenge for the true Ragnarian. Those who are up to the task will be rewarded with some of the most awe-inspiring views and greatest wonders that Mother Nature has to offer.

Come with us. Come dip your feet in the ocean and discover hues of blue that you never knew existed. Come pay your respects to Pele – the volcano goddess as you climb the volcanic slopes. Come taste the poke (cubed, raw fish), ono and eat a papaya as large as your face. Come feel the warm embrace of the aloha spirit. Come for the challenge of running through 7 of the world’s climates in 200 miles and conquering more elevation than any other Ragnar course. Come feed your hunger for adventure, and leave transformed.

Prepare to raise the bar for your sense of wonder.
