Run like a Fox and win a Turkey on Thanksgiving Day! The Fox and Turkey Races are a Thanksgiving tradition as we are in our 19th year. Both the 4 mile and Youth Mile races start and finish near downtown Batavia on the beautiful Fox River.

Course Description The four mile and youth mile races will be run on streets starting in downtown Batavia.
Awards 4 MILE: Awards for the overall Male and Female winners and first three Male and Female in these age groups: 0-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70 and over.
YOUTH MILE: (Ages 12 and under): Awards to the top 5 Male and Female winners in these age groups: 0-7, 8-9, 10-12. Award ribbons for all finishers.
Directions Race headquarters is at the Peg Bond Center, 151 Island Avenue in Batavia, IL, 60510. Batavia is accessible by I-88. Exit at Route 31 and go north about 5 miles to Wilson Street in downtown Batavia. Turn right and go two blocks east to Island Avenue in downtown Batavia. The Peg Bond Center is in the park to the northwest of Houston Street and Island Avenue intersection.
