Being healthy has become increasingly difficult thanks to hectic, high-tech modern life. Kids in particular suffer from insufficient activity and poor dietary habits that have become a serious public health problem. Running School, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting cardiovascular fitness with nearly 5,000 children at local partner elementary schools.

 Knee Pain - Chondromalacia - Irritation Under The Kneecap
Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
