Get ready to overcome obstacles for MS at MuckRuckus MS Twin Cities presented by Subaru! This year’s event will deliver a fun and challenging course full of muck for participants to slosh, slip and slide through. Join us for this new and exciting obstacle course worthy of the hardiest athletes and the most fun-loving teams.
There will be water. There will be muck. There will be ruckus.
MuckRuckus MS Twin Cities presented by Subaru is an unforgettable obstacle course through 10k (with a shortcut option) of water and muck for teams and individuals to slosh, swing, slip and slide through to help create a world free of multiple sclerosis. MuckRuckus MS Twin Cities raises funds and awareness for the National MS Society. It's an inspring experience whether you participate, volunteer or just watch.
What's the course like?
Um, awesome? The course covers approximately 400 acres of land with mixed topography. Participants will conquer more obstacle-course elements than they ever thought imaginable, varying from climing a wall of logs to slithering through the muck under cargo nets to swinging across a pit.
It's tough and challenging, but it's rewarding. It's for the active and the outgoing, not just the top tier of amateur athletes. Most importantly, it's a great time!
The competitive division must complete the 10k. Participants in the recreational division will have the choice of running a 5k, which they can choose while on the course.
Participatants can run in the recreational or competitive divisions as part of a team or as an individual.
