Walk in the park or run, you choose the way you will support the
Friends of Evangola State Park a not for profit corporation & a public charity dedicated to improving the park & supporting activities.
Pre-Register by Aug. 14 and pay only $15. Entries postmarked after Aug. 14 & on site registrations pay $17. T-shirt to all pre-registers & the first 60 on site registrations.
Trophies to top 3 male & female finishers in each age division
14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60&up
GIANT TOMATO trophy to overall male & female winner
Post-race food & drink served prior to award ceremony.
Sun. on stage: Terry Buchwald 2:30P. Tomato Sauce Contest & Tomato Eating Contest Sun.
Daily activities include: I-Got-It, Crafts, Farmers Market, Beer Garden, Chinese Auction, Inflatable Midway.
Sat. Car & Bike Show, Miss Evangola Pageant, Widow Maker 4P. Fri. on stage Bar King Spiders 3:30P.

Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
