Come race one of our fast, flat courses and enjoy the scenic beauty of running across the bridges of historic New Bern, NC. The race consists of a 5K run and walk, a 10K run and a Half-Marathon. The race is followed by a Runners' Celebration with food, drinks and live music for all runners and their guests. The evening before the big race, there is a SuperKids Fun Run, Pasta Push-off dinner and a Be Active! Be Healthy! wellness Expo. Join us for an exciting weekend for the whole family. The Bridge is back...and better than ever!

Union Point Park, New Bern, NC
Course Description
The course will take runners 65ft over the Neuse River and throughout historic, downtown New Bern, NC.
Awards
All runners must be chip-timed to be eligible for an award. Awards will be given to the top 3 overall 5K, 10K, and Half-Marathon male and female finishers, along with the top 3 male and female in the following age categories: under 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and over. Awards ceremony will be at the New Bern Riverfront Convention Center beginning at 9:00 am. Awards cannot be mailed.
Packet Pickup / Expo
Packet Pickup will be Friday, October 19 at the New Bern Riverfront Convention Center in conjunction with the pre-race festivities, or before the race Saturday morning.
Timing / Results
Results will be posted on www.active.com. Times will also be submitted to Runners' World and Running Times
Post Race Activities
All runners, paid-in-advance guests and volunteers are invited to celebrate the runners' accomplishments after the awards ceremony on the Trent River waterfront and inside the New Bern Riverfront Convention Center. Food, beverages and live music will be provided.
Parking
There is No Parking at Union Point Park on Raceday. Event parking is available at a lot located across from Comfort Suites (next to Union Point Park) and beside the Galley Store, both accessible from E. Front Street and marked with signage. Parking is also available in both of the Convention Center parking lot.
