38th Annual Los Alamos Triathlon
Saturday, August 18 - 7:00 am Start Time
20KBike/400 Meter Pool Swim/5K Run
As part of the Southwest Challenge series the Los Alamos Triathlon is a tough, hilly course with a unique format consisting of mass bike starts in waves with the swim in the middle. Join us for another quality event for all levels of racers: elite and amateur, long-time and first-time, single and team, young and old.

 Knee Pain - Chondromalacia - Irritation Under The Kneecap
Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
