Feeling a bit dirty from all the mud runs out there? Foam up your next run with the 5K Foam Fest! Imagine all the fun of running through mud, jumping over obstacles mixed with the excitement of running through a giant car wash. You will be covered in mud up to your Adam’s apple and then dodge through obstacles to emerge covered in suds. This race is more fun than a scrub in the tub on a Saturday night!

Course Description
This 3.1-mile race combines the fun of a mud run with foam and watery obstacles for an experience that is a lot like running through a giant car wash! An amazing mix of pre-race activities and race obstacles remind participants that fitness can be fun. Come check out the race that will change how you look at racing. As soon as participants walk out the door of their car, they will notice that this is no ordinary race. It is not the killer music or the fact that almost everyone is dressed in costumes. The difference is that everyone is smiling! Smiling and racing do not usually go hand in hand, but the 5k Foam Fest is an amazing mix of pre-race activities and race obstacles that reminds participants that fitness can be fun. We make it a fun and exciting challenge for experienced and beginner runners alike. We pack the race with obstacles of all sorts. This event is made to be family friendly with a festival/carnival atmosphere. Come check out the race that will change how you look at racing. Price: $40-$50 (based on when you register)
Awards
For starters, yes, you will be getting so much more than the already rad 5K Foam Fest race T-shirt and all the sweet swag in your race bag. You get the chance to win prizes like our MOJO Prize—so dress up and strut your stuff. Also, take advantage of our nearly endless supply of FREE (temporary) tattoos—so you can get all tatted up for the day. Ace in the hole, and then a GOOOOOOAAAALLLLL!!!!!!!! You get a FREE Beer just for participating! It’s on the house thanks to Round House Racing! Not to mention you are officially invited to join the pre-race and post race festivities! While partying with us, you get FREE access to Games and Activities like: Foam Pit, Pull-Up Bar, Mud, Limbo, Minute to Win It games, Greased Pole etc. etc. You also get all the mud you left under your toenails.
Packet Pickup / Expo
Can't forget this! You can pick up your 5K Foam Fest packet either Friday at Road Runner Sports, 5553 Copley Drive San Diego, CA 92111 evening between the hours of 4-7pm, OR you can come at least an hour before your race to pick it up. You've gotta have your packet to be able to run in the adventure race!
Parking
It’s only fun if you do it in style and with a group and yes we’re talking about parking. So carpool if you can. There is a small muddy parking fee! Parking is $10 so we encourage you to save some money and carpool, it may be an obstacle finding a spot.
