The Super Spartan course is an 8+ mile battlefield of insane mud running with 15+ obstacles to test your physical strength and mental endurance. Some of our obstacles include climbing over slippery walls, jumping over fire & even surviving a gladiator pit! Are you tough enough for a Spartan Race? Register and you will know at the finish line!

 Knee Pain - Chondromalacia - Irritation Under The Kneecap
Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
