Eleventh Anniversary of the Man UP Father's Day 5/10k Benefits the Obediah Cole Foundation For Prostate Cancer.
Our Mission: Prostate Cancer Early Detection, Education and Awareness.
This is a flat course which runs through Pittsburgh's North Shore, Washington's Landing,and along the Allegheny Riverfront It has a great view of the skyscrapers of Pittsburgh.
We have a 5k,10,and 1 mile fun walk Many activities are planned for the whole family
The race is on Father's Day June 16th at 8AM

Event Start Location
The race begins on North Shore Road in front of Stage AE
Course Description
The course runs down North Shore Road passed PNC Park.
It continues down River road towards Washington;s Landing The 10K goes all the way to the Landing The 5K turns at the Heinz plant . Both return along Riverfront trail to the Quay outside Heinz Field The 1 mile fun walk starts at the Quay and goes to Rivers Casino along the Riverfront trail

Packet Pickup / Expo
Packet Pickup is Saturday June 15th 10am-2pm at Gilda's at 28th and Smallman Street in the strip district. It is also on Race Day Sunday June 16th at race registration from 6:30AM to 8:00 AM located at the Quay under North Shore Road next to Heinz Field along the river.
Timing / Results
The Runner's High will provide electronic timing with the Championship Timing system with both start and finish mats.

We will run rain or shine so come and join us!.

The Race will take place on the North Shore next to Heinz Field.
Parking
Free Parking in Lots 1 and 2 on the North Shore. Also Free Parking at the Carnegie Science Center on Allegheny Avenue.
