Aloha! The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is excited to offer a second season of the family-fun, Hawaiian-themed Pineapple Classic 5k with obstacles! Run, climb, crawl, and swing to help cure blood cancers. For serious runners and for those who just want to have fun. Slide thru the finish line for a post-race luau with food, beer, music, vendors and more fun! First wave starts at 9:00am.

A 5k grass course with obstacles throughout

Awards for fastest male and female, fastest team, and most Aloha spirit (best costume)

Exit 31 off the Merritt Parkway. Follow signs for Banksville.

Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
