Mark your calendar for the Eleventh Annual CARDV Mother's Day Run/Walk for Safe Families! The event features a family friendly 5K run/walk and a Fun Walk course on which participants may walk one or two miles. Strollers are welcome on all courses.
NEW this year, a race just for the kids! Children under 8 years of age are always free, but this year we are adding a special race just for them. All child participants will receive a participation ribbon (registration requirements apply). Also new this year, a childs run/walk shirt, epecially dsigned with them in mind. Childs shirts are $8.
Kids of all ages will enjoy the Family Fun Fair, and this year's prize raffle is sure to generate excitement. Proceeds from the event benefit the Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence. Funds raised are used to sustain CARDV's shelter program, advocacy services to victims of domestic and sexual violence, and CARDV's community education program.

Downtown Corvallis, 2nd Street & Western Blvd.
Course Description
The 5k course is an out-and-back along a riverside paved running trail, into Avery Park and back. The walk courses are along the Willamette Riverfront.
