The North Country Triathlon is a yearly event located in the hamlet of Hague in upstate New York on beautiful Lake George. We're a perfect tune-up race for the Lake Placid Ironman. Come on out and join us for the best race in the region!
The North Country Triathlon features challenging Olympic distance and Sprint distance races each year in a setting that is unmatched.

 Knee Pain - Chondromalacia - Irritation Under The Kneecap
Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
