Come join the celebration on July 4th! The course will start and finish on Highlands Ranch Parkway. This is a family friendly event! Bring your stroller, dog, and grandparents. This will be a fun morning run/walk to kick off your holiday. Be sure to stay around to join us with the HRCA Independence Day festivities.

 Knee Pain - Chondromalacia - Irritation Under The Kneecap
Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
