 |
3rd annual "Who Let The Dogs Out?" 5K and 1 mile kid's fun run. Participants are encouarged to run/walk with their dogs to promote health and fitness of people and their pets. USATF sanctioned event. Chip timing by No Limits Timing using Chronotrack system. Proceeds from the race benefit Country Ladies Rescue, a non-profit local animal rescue group. Race is in conjunction with our 23rd annual Fair on the Square. All participants will run across the longest wooden footbridge in Texas!

Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
