Come enjoy a multi-sport event in Oak Ridge, TN with the Tri the Secret City Triathlon on Sunday,August 11th. Enjoy unique pool wave starts in a 100 meter outdoor pool!
Event Start Location
Oak Ridge Pool, 172 Providence Road, Oak Ridge, TN
Course Description
Swim will be five (5) lengths of 100 meter Oak Ridge pool.
Bike course follows the rural roads in the Oak Ridge area with little to no hills.
Run course will be a two (2) loop course with aid stations approximately each mile.

Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
