Douglas High School state of the art athletic complex at the base of the beautiful Sierras
Course Description
Begin and end on the track, wind through a small neighborhood with beautiful views, continue by Park Cattle Ranch and loop back.
Awards
1st, 2nd, and 3rd medals in each age group, male and female Overall prize for top male and female
Post Race Activities
Kids fun run, health expo, helicopter, fire trucks, food, and activities.
Weather
Typically between 75 and 80 degrees.
Directions
One hour south of Reno on Hwy 395. Take Hwy 88 to the right and you will see DHS on the right.

Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
