The RayPec High School Cross Country team is sponsoring a 5K and Half Marathon road race starting and finishing at our newly renovated stadium. Finishers medals will be awarded to those finishing the half marathon. Awards will be given to the overall winner of each race and recognition to the top 3 per age group.

 Knee Pain - Chondromalacia - Irritation Under The Kneecap
Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
