Red Dress Run for Women
12th annual 5K run and walk celebrating women’s fitness with a portion of each entry fee donated to the American Heart Association. The route travels through shade covered residential streets and finishes at the beautiful Elizabeth Park Rose Garden. After the race, enjoy, shop and explore at the Finish Line Village, a collection of unique vendors with a focus on women’s interests. And bring the kids – there’s a fun run for kids too!

Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
