The Gift of Life and Breath is a 5K run/walk that raises funds for reasearch into the early detection of lung cancer at the University of Colorado Cancer Center.
Lung cancer will kill more people this
year than:
Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Colon Cancer, Kidney Cancer & Melanoma...COMBINED!
Currently, there are NO standard screening tests for early lung cancer detection and research in this area is greatly needed. Expanded research would not only provide a method that could save thousands of lives, but also give hope to all who are affected by this deadly disease.
We ask that each participant raise a minimum of $25 to participate, there will be prizes for top finishers as well as incentives for fundraising.

 Knee Pain - Chondromalacia - Irritation Under The Kneecap
Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
