Leisurely ride with three route choices: 20 miles, 44 miles, 62 miles. Refreshment stops, sag service and lunch are all included. All routes include the famous "Tunnel of Trees" scenic roadway. $25 in advance, $30 at the event, lodging packages available.

Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
