Course Description
Swim is indoors- in a pool; bicycle is a fairly challenging but beautiful 16 mile course; run through the city
Awards
For 1st Overall Male and Female- 1st-3rd in Age Groups, Athena, Clydesdale, and Teams.
Packet Pickup / Expo
Early Packet Pick-up is available Friday- location to be determined- Also Available after 7am on Race Day
Timing / Results
Done by volunteers, will get all times and transition times.

From 14/61 take W Broadway (corner by Kwik Trip, across from Walgreens) turn left on Blackhawk Drive (0.6 miles)

 Knee Pain - Chondromalacia - Irritation Under The Kneecap
Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
