On Sunday, October 7, 2007, Peace Park will reverberate with excitement as Mid-Missouri Road Runners and Central Missouri Community Action Center partner to host the Fourth Annual Columbia Half Marathon Challenge. More than 500 runners and walkers join together to support CMCA with helping Mid-Missouri individuals and families in poverty achieve self-reliance.
Challenge yourself to run the entire distance, or get together in a group of three and share the distance.

 Knee Pain - Chondromalacia - Irritation Under The Kneecap
Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
