The Waddell & Reed Kansas City Marathon Presented by Ivy Funds will start and finish at the beautiful Crown Center. The 26.2-mile course winds through neighborhoods, parks and historic districts. Runners will experience all of the major landmarks of Kansas City, including the Sprint Center, KCP&L Entertainment District, Liberty Memorial, Westport, the Country Club Plaza, Loose Park, Brookside, Waldo District and finish at Crown Center.

 Knee Pain - Chondromalacia - Irritation Under The Kneecap
Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
