Since 1974, runners from all over the world have traveled to Anchorage, Alaska to participate in one of the most scenic and enjoyable marathons in the U.S., the Mayor's Midnight Sun Marathon.
You're invited to join more than 3,500 runners as they wind through Anchorage's award winning trail system during Alaska's summer solstice. The course offers scenic vistas and wildlife viewing opportunities as it travels from the foothills of the Chugach Mountains to the steely waters of Cook Inlet.

 Knee Pain - Chondromalacia - Irritation Under The Kneecap
Chondromalacia is a term used to describe damage or softening of the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap. It is similar to patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner's knee), which refers to pain under and around the knee cap.
