Event Start Location
Church of the Incarnation 550 Mendocino Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95401

Course Description
The 30 mile route is a leisurely ride through the oak-studded farmland and rolling vineyards between Sebastopol and Santa Rosa. With minimal elevation gain and lots of shady trees, it is an ideal route for recreational cyclists. There will be one rest stop along the way.
The 45 mile route is fairly flat, with only a 147 feet elevation change. We picked a course that avoids large, challenging hills while still featuring the best pastoral scenery of Sonoma County. The 45 mile route also has one rest stop along the way.
The 100 KM route is identical to the 45 mile route, but adds in the fun challenge of the hidden gem adored by many local Sonoma County cyclists – Sweetwater Springs Road! At the summit of Sweetwater Spring Roads we’ll have a water station, and at the end you will be greeted by a rest stop in Guerneville. Sweetwater Springs Road is indeed quite the challenge – check out the Routes tab on this website for the elevation map.
The 100 mile route includes everything on the 100 KM route, plus heads up north to Healdsburg before going down to Sweetwater Springs Road. And later you’ll head out further west to Valley Ford by way of the Bohemian Highway. The 100 mile route is a grand tour of the best cycling in Sonoma County!

Packet Pickup / Expo
Friday Packet pick-up will be at the Church of the Incarnation (550 Mendocino Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95401) from 4pm – 7pm on June 10th. You’ll be able to pick up your wrist band, bib number, tee shirt, and your jersey (if you pre-ordered one), plus your route sheet. The Church is also where the ride starts and ends on Saturday.

Post Race Activities
You will return to the church campus and enjoy a well-deserved after party!
We’ll be serving food from 11:45am – 4pm.
We are serving a gourmet meal featuring:
Grilled free-range chicken breast donated by Petaluma Poultry
Grilled choice grade tri-tip donated by Oliver’s Market
Grilled veggies
2 types of salad
Baked beans
And more!
Your meal will come with two free drink tickets (unless you’re under 21 of course!)
We will have cold beer donated by Lagunitas and Corona!
Wine has been donated by Sonoma-Cutrer, Preston of Dry Creek, Coppola Wines, and Silver Palm!
Non-alcoholic drinks are unlimited.
Additional drink tickets will be available to purchase at $5 each.
Your friends and family may join you for the after party! Tickets for the meal are $20, and the kid’s meal is $10.
We are also going to have live music!
We are thrilled to offer massages from a massage therapist! Teresa from Nomadic Massage will be on campus between 12:30 and 4 to offer free massages to our riders!
Secure bicycle parking in our back, gated courtyard will also be offered for free.

Weather
Sunny and Warm

Directions
50 miles North of San Francisco on Hwy 101.

Parking
There are two small lots at the church, but parking will be very limited and the spots will fill up fast.
We recommend that you park in one of the City’s garages. The parking rate is only 75 cents per hour, with a maximum daily rate of $8.
The closest City garage is at 521 Seventh Street, Santa Rosa, CA.
There is another City garage located at 735 Fifth Street, Santa Rosa, CA.
Unfortunately street parking around the church is not a good option because parking is limited to only 2 hours.

How to Avoid The Porta Potty During a Race

We've all seen it and most of us have done it ... 30 minutes (or less) into a race athletes are already looking for a port potty. The good news is that it doesn't have to be that way. The secret is a proper hydration plan before the gun goes off, and here's how you do it.
