Course Description
Three ride options: 20 miles • 40 miles • 62 miles
The 20 mile route is relatively flat – with an elevation gain of 800 feet. The 40 miler is more challenging – with an elevation gain of 2,500 feet. The first third is relatively flat. On the second third, you will encounter rollers. The climbing intensity increases across the first part of the last third of the route – then flattens out towards the end of your day. The steepest grade on the ride is 7%. The metric century’s biggest climbs will occur around the middle of the ride – with the steepest grade clocking in at about 10%.
Easy gearing is recommended for the metric century. You will appreciate having a compact, triple or large cassette. Ask your friendly Bike Lane mechanic to give you advice on how to best prepare for the ride.

Awards
Wine and olive oil tasting at the end of the ride. Lunch and rest stop snacks will be available for all registered riders.

Still using GU, PowerGel or Clif SHOT?
See why athletes are making the switch to e-Gel, the only Electrolyte Energy Gel. Get 230 mg Sodium, 85 mg Potassium and more complex carbs than any other gel.
