The CHAFE 150 Gran Fondo is a timed, one-day 150 mile loop or 80 mile point to point bicycle ride that starts and ends at Sandpoin't City Beach. Your registration fee of $75 includes breakfast, 5 fully supported rest stops, t-shirt, finisher award, and meal at our epic after-ride party. If you choose to ride the 80 mile route, transportation for you and your bike are included to the start line in Troy, Montana. Minimum of $50 in pledges for students with autism is required. Presented by Sandpoint Rotary Club.

Course Description
Ride 150 miles through the glacial valleys of Northern Idaho, the scenic Bull River Valley in Northwestern Montana and along the picturesque northern shore of Idaho's Lake Pend Oreille. The course is rolling with no major passes.

Awards
All participants receive finisher awards.

Packet Pickup / Expo
Friday July 19, 2013. 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the new Sand Creek Park on Bridge Street, between 1st St. and City Beach in downtown Sandpoint.

Timing / Results
Event is timed.

Post Race Activities
After Ride Party with music, beer and wine, and complimentary BBQ for riders. BBQ and drinks available for purchase to family and friends at finish party.

Weather
The month of July is characterized by rising daily high temperatures, with daily highs ranging from 77F to 82F over the course of the month, exceeding 90F or dropping below 68F only one day in ten. Daily low temperatures are around 51F, falling below 43F or exceeding 59F only one day in ten.

Directions
Follow Hwy 95 North from I-90 in Coeur d'Alene. After crossing the Long Bridge, take the Sandpoint exit. Follow 95/1st St right into town. Right on Bridge St. Arrive at Sandpoint's City Beach.
