Collierville Swimming is a USA competitive swimming program that trains year-round. Founded by Coach Don Waters in 1998, Collierville Swimming also competes in the Memphis Swim Conference where they have won the last three conference titles. Collierville Swimming has an excellent coaching staff that has developed some of the best swimmers in the area.

Coach Waters has 22 years of teaching and coaching experience. Waters swam collegially at Eastern Kentucky University and Memphis State University where he also was an assistant under Coach Dick Fadgen. Waters founded the East Memphis/Collierville Swimming program in 1998 that eventually became the Collierville Swimming program. Waters has developed numerous Southeastern champions, junior and national qualifiers as well as former Olympians Gabrielle Rose and Jon Olsen.
