Stand up Paddleboarding (SUP) is the fastest growing water sport. Not only is it a fun way enjoy our local water but also an amazing core and aerobic workout. Water is the key to proper gel usage, because gels are absorbed in your small intestine and water is the transport vehicle that allows this to occur.
