The SWAT team is a group of local individuals who provide each other with training support to help everyone achieve their athletic goals. We are proud to be a no drop group. We welcome all adults regardless of age and ability. We strive to make all work outs accessible to everyone and most importantly they are fun. We meet once per week during the summer months to do a tri-out from Rockport Pool ...which is a swim/bike/run done outside. There are also runs, bike rides, and swims scheduled throughout the year. Please check the calendar or message board for information. All members and anyone thinking of becoming a member are always welcome. Come tri us on, we think you will love the fit.
