Dallas Area Youth Triathlon Team's mission is to serve as the premier youth triathlon training team in the Dallas area by preparing youth triathletes to fulfill their potential and achieve their aspirations. To support this mission, DAY Triathlon Team is committed to providing unparalleled coaching in a goal-oriented team environment.

DAY Triathlon Team was formed in the fall of 2012 to develop the skills necessary in athletes to compete successfully in the sport of triathlon. DAY Triathlon provides a positive and challenging environment that helps develop the proper athletic skills to be competitive in the sport and also develop a sense of team pride and belonging by connecting young athletes with teammates working toward similar goals. Training for triathlons fosters a keen, healthy mind and provides the personal, social, and intellectual supports for individual growth. DAY Triathlon is committed to creating a community of friendship, instilling in every boy and girl a love of triathlon, and encouraging a commitment to excellence in all its forms
