F3C is dedicated to bringing quality racing and training experience to its members through highly qualified coaching and a flexible billing/workout schedule so athletes do not have to organize their lives around training (unless they want to). We have member and non-member rates to accommodate those wishing to work on their run, bike, swim or all 3 for only a certain period of time. We offer workshops, seminars, clinics and camps for all, members receive discounts. F3C is for beginner to advanced athlete looking for flexible training and a fun, exciting environment.
