We are both a triathlon coaching service and a triathlon club that specializes in technique and performance training for both beginners and veterans. We are headquartered out of Sky Club Fitness in Hoboken, NJ. By utilizing video taping, we have the capabilities of quickly teaching new skills and correcting flaws in technique. We are the only triathlon coaching service / club to teach running as a skill by using high burst photography to aid in a personís running development. We offer triathlon swimming programs, swim clinics, running clinics as well as weekly triathlon classes (both indoor and outdoor depending on the weather)including, cycling, running, "brick" (cycling/running) training and endurance strength & conditioning. In addition, we also offer weekly kettlebell classes to help improve athleteís performance. Regardless of your ability, if you truly want to learn and improve how to swim, cycle, run, train, and race, as well as have fun, we are the club for you!
