We are the the University of Minnesota Triathlon Club, a group of friends who gets together for training, social events, studying and racing. If you have ever thought of giving swimming, biking, and running a try, in that order, you are in the right place. We train through out the year for each of the sports but more importantly we do it as a team. We are open to all experience levels, from first time athletes to Iron Man athletes. The most important thing for us, is that everyone that comes to practice feels welcome. It matters not how fast you can swim a mile or run 10k, as long as you come and have fun.

If you are looking to practice with us take a look at the training guide page to find the workouts for the week. Starting this semester we will have two distinct training regimens, a Gold Team and a Maroon Team. The Gold Team will be the more intense of the two with the goal of competing and placing at nationals. The Maroon team will be a less intense environment with a more "go at your own pace" mentality. Regardless of your aspirations everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend either Gold and Maroon practices
