Weekly training runs, injury prevention recommendations, healthy cooking and eating guidelines, sponsored charity runs, and volunteer activities will help P.R.O. members achieve personal and wellbeing aspirations. In turn, we will give of our newfound energy and abilities to help others find their potential within. Whether you're ready to train for a marathon, or you'd just like to get in shape, Team PRO welcomes you! We meet Tuesdays and Saturdays for workouts, plus we regularly volunteer within the community. |
