Come and join us at the Running Room for our weekly practice runs/walks - it's FREE! We have practice runs/walks from all Running Room locations on Wednesdays at 6:00pm and Sundays at 8:30am. Practice is absolutely open to all runners and walkers as we send out multiple groups under the leadership of pace group leaders.
