The Milford Road Runners were created in 1978 to provide a forum for runners of all abilities to train, compete and socialize. Our membership is a mixture of runners of all types, from serious racers to casual joggers. We meet for group runs three times a week. Our aim is to provide support and training opportunities for all types of runners. There are several paces to choose from, so that you can pick the speed that is right for you.
