The Central Massachusetts Striders is a non-profit organization based in Worcester, Massachusetts dedicated primarily to the sport of long-distance running, including recreational/fitness jogging, road racing, cross-country, trail running, track racing, competitive race walking and multisport activities. Multisport activity includes triathlons, duathlons, cycle racing and swim meets. CMS encourages endurance athletics as a basis for fitness and training for competition. Our athletes compete at all levels from international marathoning to the completing of a first road race.
